BYO drinks and nibbles (the bar and BBQ will not be operating)

Ticket sales - booking tables

• Age groups are asked to coordinate a table of 10 among your group (combine boys and girls eg, one table for u10 boys and girls)
• Email Gary McNamara, Wanda Nippers Social Coordinator, with your table details gary.mc@exponet.com.au by Sunday 2 February 2014
• Payment can be made Sunday 2 February, before nippers, to Gary in the clubhouse. Payment can also be made on the night.

Age group prize donation

• Each age group is asked to coordinate a prize donation (eg. one prize donation from u8 boys, one from u8 girls etc)
• Approx value $50 (give-or-take, depending on your age group size) 
• Ideas include vouchers, bottles of alcohol, hampers
• Prizes should be brought to nippers on Sunday 2 February and handed in to Gary McNamara at the clubhouse

Individual prize donations

• Prize donations are welcome from individuals, especially those who cannot make it on the night.
